I understand the definition but it sounds like a useless concept.
How do you argue that one thing is more “pure” than another in this regard when it is by definition unquantifiable and abstract? It doesn’t seem like a word that is able to communicate any meaningful ideas or be a useful framework for building any deeper concepts.
